Here at the Traditional Cycle Shop we are delighted to offer Pashley owners a maintenance and repair service by officially trained Pashley mechanics. If you wish to take advantage of this service, simply complete the form below and send it to us, and we'll be in touch shortly to discuss your requirements.

We are currently only taking bookings for servicing or repairs on Pashley or Moulton bikes we have supplied.

We don’t offer same day servicing - all bikes need to be left with us and will contact you when they are ready - please email for details.

Serial Number

The serial number can be found on the security label affixed low down on the seat tube (the security label also displays the barcode unique to your cycle, plus a Union Jack).

Frame Number

The frame number is either stamped into a plate that forms the mount for the rear hub-brake arm on the left chainstay, or under the bottom bracket.
