HOME DELIVERY - Accessories, spares & clothing (Not bicycles)
For the UK, Channel Islands & Isle of Man our standard delivery cost is £4.90. For all orders, we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days (from date of order confirmation), although we cannot guarantee this. We use carefully selected reputable couriers so that your goods will reach you quickly and safely. All items must be signed for; you may wish to nominate a secure address where someone will be available to sign. Deliveries are generally made within working hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm). If no one is in or available to sign when your order arrives, your item(s) may be either left with a neighbour, redelivered, taken to local premises for you to collect, or another alternative, depending on which courier we use. If the delivery is unsuccessful a card will be left at the delivery address. Please follow the instructions on the card to retrieve your order with the courier as soon as possible, within the time stated on the card, otherwise the order will be returned. It is your responsibility to ensure you arrange this. Where an order includes more than one item, goods may be dispatched in more than one box and so may arrive separately. No additional delivery charges will be incurred as a result of this. For security reasons, we are unable to deliver to HM Prisons, PO Boxes or Military Bases.
HOME DELIVERY - BICYCLES (GB MAINLAND ONLY)
Bicycles: We always recommend that you come to the shop to collect your Pashley or Moulton bicycle. You will experience a premium meticulous service to ensure the bicycle is perfectly adjusted and set up for your height; to provide demonstrations as to how everything on your bike works; to answer any questions you may have; and to provide practical care advice for the new bicycle. When you collect your bicycle from the Traditional Cycle Shop, we will also include a free 6-week post-sale bike check-up.
BOXED HOME DELIVERY - BICYCLES
We can deliver cycles to a GB mainland address* for £40. Bikes are boxed and need a small amount of assembly on arrival – usually the pedals need to go on and the handlebars need straightening. If you are not competent to do this we highly recommend you get a competent person or a cycle mechanic to do it. We ship using a next day carrier and they deliver next day 95% of the time but occasionally it does slip to the next day so be aware there is a small chance this might happen. Our courier does not offer time slots or live tracking. If the box arrives with significant damage you must refuse delivery. If any of the above is a problem then please specify in-store collection. We will contact you to arrange a delivery day when the bike has been inspected, packed and is ready to ship.
*IMPORTANT: If you are in Scotland and north of Glasgow/Edinburgh we can only ship a partially assembled bike to your local bike shop - please call us for details.

READY TO RIDE HOME DELIVERY - BICYCLES**
Your cycle will be delivered ‘Ready to Ride’ by a specialist courier on a day best suited to you for £125. Once you have placed your order and your bicycle is ready, we will call you to arrange a day that you would like to receive it (morning or afternoon, Monday to Saturday). Your cycle will be assembled, inspected, test-ridden and will arrive unboxed and set-up so you can enjoy cycling it straight away. **Mainland England and Wales Only

Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase from The Traditional Cycle Shop website, and wish to return it, please read through the following information. Please note we do not provide exchanges. Simply request a refund for the original item(s) following the instructions below and then place a new order.
How to return an item - Accessories, spares & clothing (Not bicycles)
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.traditionalcycleshop.co.uk.
When returning an item to the Traditional Cycle Shop please complete the Returns Note supplied with your original purchase and include this with your parcel. Please also ensure you provide a telephone number to allow us to contact you if necessary. We ask that you return the item in unused condition, in its original packaging, and with all original tags intact. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for returned parcels that fail to arrive. We recommend that items are sent using a ‘signed-for’ postal service and insured to the correct value.

Refunds
We will be happy to refund the value of an item that is returned up to 28 days from the date you received your original purchase. However, the original postage and packing paid cannot be refunded. If you wish to return your full order within 7 working days of receiving it, we will refund the order as well as the original cost of postage and packing. In both instances, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your parcel to the Traditional Cycle Shop. We aim to process any refund due as soon as possible and, within 30 days of us receiving your returned purchase. Refunds will only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase payment.
Faulty Items - Accessories, spares & clothing (Not bicycles)
Firstly, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused if you have received an item that has a manufacturing fault. Items sold by the Traditional Cycle Shop are rigorously quality tested and it is important to us that all of our products meet these high standards. All faulty items will need to be returned to the Traditional Cycle Shop to be assessed. To arrange this, please call us on 01789 290 703 or email info@traditionalcycleshop.co.uk
If a product is found to be faulty within 28 days you will be entitled to a full refund of the faulty product. Should a fault occur after the initial 28 days, we will attempt to repair and/or replace the item. If it cannot be repaired, then we will offer a refund.
Return postal charges: If we agree your item is faulty, we will refund the postage cost of returning the item to Pashley. Pashley will not refund return postage costs if an item is assessed as non-faulty.
Faulty Items - Bicycles
If you have a problem with a bicycle, we will do our utmost to rectify this remotely, but sometimes this is not possible. If the problem can’t be rectified remotely them it is the customer’s responsibility to get the bicycle back to our shop in Stratford-upon-Avon for inspection. If we agree your bicycle is faulty, we will refund the postage cost of returning the bicycle to us. We will not refund return postage costs if an item is assessed as non-faulty. All postage costs have to be agreed in advance.
